Executing affidavits - $5.00
Executing verifications - $5.00
Executing acknowledgments - $5.00
In executing acknowledgments,
each additional name - $2.00
Executing certificates - $5.00
Administering oaths $5.00
Making protests, per page - $3.00
Travel fees (home, office or hospital, etc.)
Bradford County (within 20 mile radius) - $100.00

Please note: All signing fees must be paid in full regardless of whether or not the loan funds.
If borrower does not sign, you will still be responsible for payment in full, so please make sure your borrower knows the terms of the loan before signing.
Concurrent closing second loan (such as HELOC or 2nd Mortgage) - $50.00
(Docs must be signed on the same day as the first appointment) (within 20 mile radius)
